We have recently started work on an exciting development, Cooline Drive in Cobh. This development will provide 170 housing units across 5 phases of construction. The development includes 3 bedroom terraced and semi detached houses along with 4 bed semi detached and detached houses.
Phase 1 is underway and consists of 31 units. Jovin Projects have been contracted for all roofing and 2nd fix carpentry.
